Job description

Pay range: Hire is $22.20, 6 months $22.56, 1 year $23.21

Job Responsibilities

  1. Must be able to run machines safely and efficiently 

  2. Be aware of quality and safety issues

  3. Ability to communicate with other operators

  4. Assist co-workers as needed

  5. Saturday work may occur

  6. Any and all other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Minimum Qualifications

  • Basic mechanical skills based on experience or training

  • Basic math skills

  • Must be able to read, write and speak English

  • PHYSICAL: No restrictions prohibiting working in a 35-degree environment

  • No restrictions lifting up to 40 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous related machine experience

  • Previous experience in operating

  • Previous power vehicle experience

To be considered for this position, you must have completed six (6) months in your present position. Team Members with less than six (6) months may be considered for promotion or transfer based on the needs of the company.
