Now Hiring: Automotive Receptionist / Customer Experience Coordinator

Westbury Jeep Chrysler Dodge RAM is looking for an energetic, professional, and customer-focused Automotive Receptionist / Customer Experience Coordinator to join our dealership team.

This position is much more than answering phones. As the first point of contact for our dealership, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and exceptional customer experience from the moment guests walk through the door or contact us by phone.

Compensation & Schedule

Starting at $20+ per hour, based on experience. Full-Time or Part-Time opportunities available.

Automotive Receptionist Responsibilities

As our Dealership Receptionist / Customer Experience Coordinator, you will help ensure every customer receives a professional and welcoming experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet customers, guests, and visitors entering the dealership
• Serve as the first point of contact for dealership customers
• Answer and direct incoming dealership phone calls
• Assist customers with questions and general dealership needs
• Direct customers to the appropriate Sales, Service, Parts, or Management Department
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Help manage the dealership's front desk and reception area
• Support dealership departments with administrative and customer service needs
• Communicate professionally with customers and dealership employees
• Assist with customer inquiries and general dealership information
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Help create a positive customer experience throughout the dealership
• Perform additional customer service and administrative duties as needed
