Job description

Dayton Andrews has been a proud member of this community for over 50 years. Our Parts and Service Department has employed many of our staff for multiple decades and we are looking to grow our team.
We are looking for candidates for our Express Lane. The express Lane offers fast service and routine vehicle maintenance items to our dealership's customers. Performing routine maintenance is the most important part of keeping vehicles on the road and avoiding costly breakdowns. Our Express Technicians are given an entry level step into the automotive industry. Through our factory brands Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, RAM Trucks and FIAT our Express Techs are given the opportunity to learn how to service these vehicles from the ground floor. Many of our most successful line technicians got their start on our express lane.
Benefits are available after 60 days. Full factory training is available to all those who wish to advance in the industry. Guaranteed overtime with this position. After 90 days additional bonuses weekly to all Express Technicians. This job is the perfect springboard into an Automotive Technician career.
