The core responsibilities of this role include: Cycle counting, Countbacks, Adjustments, warehouse support
Position: Group Lead - Inventory control clerk
Shift: Monday - Friday / 6am to 2pm
Pay: $20.75 per hour
Additional Incentives:All full-time employees are eligible to qualify for monthly performance and safety incentive bonuses!
In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience:
  • 3 years on Stand up, counter balance, pallet jack forklifts.
  • 2 years or more leadership experience with small groups
  • 1 year or more inventory experience, cycle counting, countbacks, adjustments, inventory problem solving.
  • 1 year or more JDA, WMS experience.

Role Purpose:
Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory by verifying all orders received and shipped
Assigns work schedules, trains associates in processes and monitor's associates' progress
Key Accountabilities:
  • Perform the duties of an inventory control clerk.
  • Conduct training for new associates.
  • Assist in physical inventories.
  • Monitor performance of associates within the work group.
  • Report unsafe conditions to supervisor if they cannot be self-corrected.
  • Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates as required.
  • Ensure accurate accounting of and disposition of all defective or damaged product.

Required Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 6 months warehousing and inventory experience
  • Working knowledge of SAP inventory system
