Our client is seeking a Senior JD Edwards Technical Functional Analyst to join its growing Information Technology organization. This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned JD Edwards professional who combines strong technical development expertise with functional business knowledge across Finance and Procurement. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting and enhancing JD Edwards EnterpriseOne while partnering with business leaders to improve business processes through technology.

Position Overview

The Senior JD Edwards Technical Functional Analyst serves as the liaison between business stakeholders and Information Technology, providing both technical and functional leadership for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. This role is responsible for gathering business requirements, designing solutions, configuring applications, developing customizations, supporting integrations, and leading testing efforts while ensuring solutions align with business objectives.


The successful candidate will possess deep expertise in JD Edwards developmentFinance modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets)Procurement, and preferably Distribution.


Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering

  • Partner with Finance, Procurement, Operations, and IT leadership to understand business objectives and system requirements.
  • Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
  • Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Develop functional specifications, technical requirements, workflow documentation, and process maps.
  • Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Assist with project estimation, business cases, and solution recommendations.


JD Edwards Technical Development

  • Design, develop, modify, and support JD Edwards EnterpriseOne applications.
  • Develop custom business functions, applications, reports, and integrations.
