Join JCR as a Client Solutions Specialist
At JCR, we are the recognized leader in post-judgment receivership in Texas. We have built proprietary technology, refined processes, and a team focused on delivering better outcomes for individuals navigating court-ordered financial obligations.
We are growing and looking for Client Solutions Specialists who are skilled communicators, problem solvers, and motivated by helping people move forward through challenging situations.
This is not a traditional call center position. You will use judgment, manage meaningful conversations, solve problems, and help create real outcomes.
The Opportunity
As a Client Solutions Specialist, you will communicate with individuals regarding court-ordered financial obligations, payment plans, and account resolution. You will combine empathy with accountability to guide conversations toward successful outcomes.
Depending on your experience, this role may include responsibilities focused on:
  •  Resolving payment challenges 
  •  Managing client relationships and account portfolios 
  •  Negotiating solutions within established guidelines 
  •  Reviewing account details and identifying next steps 
  •  Handling inbound and outbound communications 
  •  Ensuring accurate documentation and compliance 
What You’ll Do
  •  Handle a high volume of client interactions through phone and other communication channels 
  •  Explain complex information in a clear and understandable way 
  •  Build trust while maintaining accountability 
  •  Assess individual situations and determine appropriate solutions 
  •  Guide clients toward successful payment arrangements and resolutions 
  •  Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy 
  •  Document conversations and account updates 
  •  Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes 
What You Bring
  •  2+ years of experience in customer service, collections, account management, legal support, financial services, or related fields 
  •  Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills 
  •  Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism and composure 
  •  Confidence guiding conversations toward positive outcomes 
  •  Strong organization and attention to detail 
  •  A proactive mindset and sense of ownership 
  •  Ability to perform in a fast-paced, results-driven environment 
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and may provide additional opportunities for client communication.

Compensation & Benefits
  •  $26–$28/hour based on experience 
  •  $1,000 sign-on bonus
