Job Summary:
Integrated Resources, Inc. is a workforce solutions provider that has been in operation since 1996. They are seeking a Java Developer to independently develop, modify, and maintain software products while also leading technical discussions and providing production support.
Responsibilities:
• Review business requirement documents (BRD) and translate into technical specifications
• Work from technical specifications to independently develop, modify and maintain moderately complex software products
• Perform unit and system testing
• Analyze and troubleshoot problems and make recommendations for remediation
• Perform Tier Two Production Support as required
• Complete regular reports and provide status updates to management
• Lead cross functional teams in technical capacity
• Lead design/code reviews, architecture discussions, and infrastructure reviews
• Manages interactions with external vendors
• Directly interacts with internal customers
• Assist in monitoring project schedules and cost
Qualifications:
Required:
• Java
• SQL
• XML
• Websphere
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Engineering or MIS) (equivalent work experience may be considered)
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Working knowledge of software development life cycle methodology
• Working knowledge of object oriented languages
• Knowledge of relational database management systems
• Demonstrates understanding of core business functions
• Demonstrates ability to apply structure to a loosely defined problem
• Demonstrated proficiency in application programming
• Proficiency in SQL
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
