o JSP/ Struts 2

o EJB 3

o HTML, JS, JQuery, Ajax, CSS

o Oracle Weblogic, Apache HTTP

Minimum 3 years of experience with the following technologies:

o Oracle Database, SQL/ PL/SQL, Apache Solr

o Charting Technologies (D3/C3 Charts preferred)

o GIS/Maps development (Leaflet/ OpenStreetMap libraries preferred)

o SOAP/ REST, XML, XSD, XLST, WSDL

o Actuate BIRT Reports/ Jasper Reports, Oracle Reports

o Maven (preferred)/ Ant

o JUnit/ JMock/ Selenium

Qualifications

Knowledge of Java EE, EJB, Spring 3.0, Struts 2 on the Eclipse IDE is required

Knowledge of Apache Solris required

Knowledge of Oracle Relational database

Knowledge of HTML 5, JSand CSS

Knowledge of SCRUM/ Agile methodologies

Knowledge of CMMI Level 3 processes

Excellent oral and written communications skills
