Job description

We are seeking a Senior Java Full Stack Developer with strong backend expertise and experience building scalable, distributed applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Java, Spark, and modern microservices architecture.

This role requires engineers who can contribute to system design, performance optimization, and enterprise-grade application development.


Location: McLean, VA or Richmond, VA
Work Model: Onsite / Hybrid
Type: Contract
Visa Status: USC / GC 

Required Skills (Mandatory):

  • 5+ years of experience in Java Full Stack Development

  • Strong experience with Java

  • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices Architecture

  • Experience with Apache Spark (Batch or Streaming)

  • Strong understanding of distributed systems

  • Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines

  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
     

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Golang

  • Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)

  • Cloud exposure (AWS preferred)

  • Experience in financial services domain
