Job Summary:
Huntington National Bank is focused on delivering customer data and mastering services through its Data Mastering Management Services team. The Java Lead Developer will analyze, modify, and develop software applications, providing technical support and leading Agile processes to meet user and management needs.
Responsibilities:
• Analyzes, designs, and develops systems based upon user specifications.
• Provides technical assistance in solving hardware or software problems.
• Perform complex technical assignments independently, as well as, in large team settings.
• Work independently or lead a team to develop technical solutions.
• Actively participate in all Agile processes and functions.
• Show drive and interest in learning new systems, applications, technologies, and most importantly business domains.
• Strong analytical, strong troubleshooting skills and excellent communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, focus on customer service, and the ability to work well with other IT, vendor, and business groups.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and good at multitasking.
• May assist with identifying training needs or with the training of less experienced staff.
• Possesses an in-depth knowledge of and works with the technical tools available for systems development and support.
