Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mainframe Developer with a strong emphasis on Assembler programming. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing mainframe applications to meet business requirements. This role requires a deep understanding of mainframe technologies and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement mainframe applications using Assembler and other relevant programming languages.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mainframe applications with other systems.
  • Perform debugging, testing, and troubleshooting of mainframe applications to ensure optimal performance.
  • Maintain and enhance existing mainframe applications, ensuring they meet current business needs.
  • Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures for future reference.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in mainframe development.
