Duration: Long-Term Contract

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Java Technical Lead to lead enterprise application modernization and microservices initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Microservices Architecture, Kafka, AWS Cloud, GraphQL, and Reactive Programming. The candidate will be responsible for leading development teams, conducting code reviews, troubleshooting production issues, and guiding architecture and design decisions for scalable distributed systems.

Required Skills:
Strong experience as Java Technical Lead or Lead Developer
Expertise in Java and Microservices Architecture
Strong Kafka experience is mandatory
Experience with AWS cloud services
Experience with GraphQL APIs
Experience with Reactive Programming
Experience with queue-based implementation and event-driven systems
Knowledge of OAuth authentication and authorization mechanisms
Experience with Istio or service mesh technologies
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
Experience conducting code reviews and mentoring teams
Strong understanding of distributed systems and scalable application architecture
Experience working in Agile development environments
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Spring Boot and Reactive frameworks such as WebFlux
Experience with containerization and Kubernetes
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
