Prior experience in working with Insurance company. Familiarity with Insurance process, especially policy & Claims. 

Prior experience in working with Product implementations 

Experience with Exigen Insurance Product is desirable 

Prior experience in working in a Multi vendor environment 

Prior experience in working in an Agile project 

Ability to lead and grow offshore team 

Client facing with 3rd party liaisoning
