Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Java Struts Lead with deep expertise in Java/J2EE technologies and hands-on leadership experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with the Struts framework, strong architectural understanding, and the ability to guide teams through complex technical implementations. This role requires a proactive leader who can deliver high-quality solutions in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise-level applications using Java/J2EE and Struts framework.
  • Apply strong knowledge of MVC architecture, SOLID principles, and industry-standard design patterns to build scalable, maintainable solutions.
  • Develop high-quality front-end and back-end components using Java, JSP, Servlets, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies.
  • Work with frameworks such as Hibernate, Spring, JQuery, and implement SOAP/RESTful web services for seamless integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Perform code reviews, guide best practices, and mentor junior developers to uplift technical standards.
