• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, utilizing clinical interviews and standardized assessment tools, and develop personalized treatment plans that promote optimal mental health outcomes.
• Provide evidence-based therapy services, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic modalities, through individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to create an integrated care approach that encompasses all aspects of client well-being.
• Respond promptly to crisis situations by delivering immediate support and interventions while maintaining professionalism and compassion.
• Engage in initiatives that promote mental health awareness in the community, diminishing stigma around mental health issues through educational outreach and support programs.

Your client base will comprise a diverse array of individuals facing varying degrees of mental health challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to more severe psychological disorders. Working with different cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic groups, you’ll be exposed to a variety of therapeutic needs, thus enriching your experience and enhancing your cultural competence as a therapist. This role allows you to connect meaningfully and assist clients on their personal journeys toward mental health recovery.

• An active and independent license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A completed master's degree or doctorate in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport with clients.
• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in maintaining accurate and timely documentation according to state and federal regulations.

• Previous experience in a clinical setting, particularly within community mental health.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities relevant to a community health environment.
• Experience facilitating group therapy sessions and community outreach programs.
