2) Experience working with Java Apps
3) Experience with Hipaa 834
Required Experience:

Excellent communication skills
Ability to mine business requirements from interviews and observations with Business individuals
Ability to interpret user requirements into IT system requirements
Excellent written communication skills - Can document information requirements mined in a easy-to-understand fashion
Requirements management - ensure all requirements are understood, documented, and ultimately addressed
Works with Java developers and testers to ensure requirements have been fully addressed
Experience with Java
Experience with DB2
Ability to lead meetings involving groups of people from different organizational areas
Great organizational and planning skills
High attention to detail
Knowledge of HIPAA 834 transaction set
Experience in a Health Insurance firm
