We are a U.S. company with a strong presence in LATAM and across 20+ countries around the world. Some of our key near-shore BPO services include: smart-sourcing, dedicated or cluster teams, managed IT services, software outsourcing, and top ERP & CRM solutions—driven by our practices across many industries, including Higher Education.
 
We are currently looking for a Senior Ellucian Banner Developer, to become a valuable addition to our dynamic team! 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain applications and modules within the Ellucian Banner system.

  • Implement integrations between Banner and other institutional systems (ERP, CRM, LMS, etc.).

  • Optimize business processes through customizations and extensions in Banner.

  • Create and maintain PL/SQL scripts, stored procedures, triggers, and packages to support critical functionalities in Oracle. 

  • Experience with integration and frameworks (Ethos, API's).
  • Collaborate with functional and IT teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

  • Conduct impact analysis and unit testing prior to production deployments.

  • Document configurations, developments, and workflows to ensure traceability.

  • Monitor application performance and propose efficiency improvements.

  • Provide advanced-level support for Banner-related incidents.

  • Lead projects involving system upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.

 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

  • 4 to 6 years of experience working with Ellucian Banner in higher education or institutional environments.

  • Advanced proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle Database Administration.

  • Experience with Java, Groovy, and REST/SOAP APIs for system integrations.

  • Knowledge of Ellucian Ethos and modern integration tools.

  • Experience with Unix/Linux scripting and server administration.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex issues.

  • Ability to lead technical projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.

  • Preferred: experience with Cloud deployments (AWS, Azure) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

  • Advanced English proficiency skills (C1) required.
  • Must have experience working for US clients
