Proven track record of evaluating complex requirements and implementing reusable middle-tier solutions

Broad knowledge of design patterns, distributed computing concepts and formal functional specifications and able to convey concepts into detailed system specifications

Defining software architectures

Experience with application framework and component based development

Unit testing experience using any testing framework. JUnit is preferable

Strong understanding of software integration and interoperability technologies
