Job description

Role: Senior Java (or) Golang Engineer with GCP and SQL experience
Location: Mountain View, CA (Hybrid - 3 days a week onsite)
Job Type: W2 Contract
 
Responsibilities:
The responsibility for this role is to develop backend features, fix bugs, and build robust data pipelines on GCP, so that the partner data can be efficiently ingested, stored, and served on the platform.
  • Develop new features for platform partners.
  • Operate, deploy, and develop data pipelines.
  • Monitor system health and fix functional and performance issues.
 
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • BS in a STEM major
  • 4+ years of Go/Java or other strongly typed language experience.
  • 3+ years of developing and deploying pipelines and APIs for structured and unstructured data.
  • Strong experience with database fundamentals and SQL.
  • Strong experience developing applications hosted on a Cloud provider, preferably GCP.
  • Strong experience using Github for code collaboration
Nice to Have Skills / Qualifications:
  • Prior experience with GCP Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL, Dataflow, Cloud Run
  • Prior experience with Terraform
