Some Java Cafes may also offer light snacks, pastries, and a cozy space for people to work, socialize, or relax. In some contexts, particularly in tech communities, a 'Java Cafe' might refer to a themed space where people can enjoy coffee while engaging in programming or technology-related discussions.
