Position Summary
The Junior Power Platform Developer will work with the Business Solutions team to design, develop, and support business applications, automated workflows, dashboards, and data solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.
This role partners with departments across the organization to improve business processes through technology while supporting digital transformation initiatives throughout the company.
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Franklin, Indiana.
What You'll Do
  • Develop custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
  • Create automated workflows using Power Automate.
  • Design dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  • Build and maintain scalable data models within Microsoft Dataverse.
  • Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
  • Gather requirements from internal stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with ERP, MES, and other internal systems.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user training materials.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and monitor solution performance.
  • Track project success through cost savings, efficiency improvements, quality metrics, and ROI.
  • Support the implementation and growth of the Microsoft Power Platform Center of Excellence.
  • Promote governance, best practices, and citizen development throughout the organization.
Qualifications
Preferred Education
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Development, or a related field.
  • Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.

  • Experience developing with Microsoft Power Platform:
    • Power Apps
    • Power Automate
    • Power BI
    • Microsoft Dataverse
  • Understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and governance.
  • Knowledge of JSON, REST APIs, and system integrations.
