What You'll Do
As a Facility Maintenance Technician, you will help keep our manufacturing operations running efficiently by:
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issues.
- Performing preventative maintenance to improve equipment reliability.
- Supporting production teams by reducing equipment downtime.
- Working with Engineering and Production teams on equipment improvements.
- Maintaining accurate repair documentation and maintenance records.
- Supporting daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance activities.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1-2 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience.
- Knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and motor controls preferred.
- Ability to use hand tools and maintenance equipment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
