Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys troubleshooting equipment and keeping operations running smoothly? KYB Americas Corporation is looking for a skilled Facility Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team in Franklin, Indiana.

What You'll Do
As a Facility Maintenance Technician, you will help keep our manufacturing operations running efficiently by:

• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issues.
• Performing preventative maintenance to improve equipment reliability.
• Supporting production teams by reducing equipment downtime.
• Working with Engineering and Production teams on equipment improvements.
• Maintaining accurate repair documentation and maintenance records.
• Supporting daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance activities.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience.
• Knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and motor controls preferred.
• Ability to use hand tools and maintenance equipment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
