Job description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Representative role with the ability to travel in and around Lakeland, Winter Haven, Tampa, and St. Petersburg, Florida.

Compensation:

$65,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • The Sales and Marketing Representative will identify and pursue new business opportunities, conduct outbound outreach, and follow up on leads to promote janitorial and maintenance services.
  • Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with prospective clients, presenting service options that align with client needs and budgets, and being in close communication with the owner regarding sales opportunities.
  • The role also involves supporting marketing campaigns, maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools, and collaborating with operations to ensure service delivery matches client expectations.
  • The representative will attend networking events, provide regular sales reports, and help refine messaging and promotional materials to increase brand visibility.

Qualifications:
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and clearly explain service offerings.
  • Proven Sales and Sales & Marketing skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a service-based environment.
  • Experience delivering Training related to products or services, or coaching team members on sales and customer interaction best practices.
  • Ability to work on-site in Winter Haven, Tampa, St. Petersburg, Lakeland, Bartow, Auburndale, Lake Alfred, Haines City, Lake Wales, Davenport, Mulberry, Polk City, Eagle Lake, Fort Meade, Dundee, and Frostproof, FL, and travel to client locations as needed.
  • Prior experience in janitorial, facility services, or B2B service sales is preferred.
  • Comfort using basic office software and CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
  • High level of professionalism, reliability, and ethical conduct when representing the company to clients and partners.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
