Job description

City Wide Facility Solutions is looking for outgoing, dynamic individuals who are interested in developing a sales career to join our B2B sales team. If you have a "can-do" attitude and a strong drive to succeed, this job is for you!
City Wide Sales Associates join an aggressive, highly productive sales team with a 50-year legacy of achievement. You will be the prospector, making connections and building relationships with prospective clients to fill the sales pipeline. You will bring a deep understanding of our business to each contact, identifying opportunities for a broad range of services.
Successful candidates will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a consistent work ethic. You have the ability to work independently with minimal direction, but will collaborate well with Sales Executives and Account Managers to drive sales strategies.
Responsibilities
  • Identify janitorial sales targets by making proactive field visits, phone calls, and sending emails to business owners, facility managers, property managers, and decision makers to generate appointments.
  • Sell City Wide services to potential prospects that result in sales.
  • Assist the sales team by providing product information, sharing sales ideas, gathering competitive market data, and developing sales quotes.
  • Manage all sales prospecting and communication activities in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and requests for information.
  • Support sales initiatives to achieve goals through calling and email campaigns.
  • Support the sales team by creating sales presentations, scheduling appointments with prospects, communicating lost accounts, and conducting competitor analysis.

Requirements
  • Six months to two years of outside sales experience (B2B preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to meet performance goals
  • Strong history of leadership and academic achievement
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Excellent work ethic
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
