As we continue to grow, we are currently seeking an experienced, professional, and highly organized Janitorial Manager to oversee daily operations and lead janitorial teams across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support janitorial staff to ensure high-quality performance
• Conduct routine inspections to maintain company and client cleanliness standards
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and supply inventory
• Train employees on cleaning procedures, safety standards, and operational expectations
• Maintain professional communication with clients, employees, and management
• Ensure all assigned facilities operate efficiently and meet performance expectations
Qualifications:
