Alliance Building Services is a leading provider of janitorial and building maintenance services in the Seattle and Bellevue area. We are currently seeking a dependable Full-Time Night Janitors to join our team in floating positions, supporting commercial buildings across Seattle and Bellevue. Night Floating Janitor Responsibilities
  • Provide janitorial services at assigned commercial buildings throughout Seattle and Bellevue, with work locations varying by shift based on operational needs
  • Clean and maintain offices, common areas, and other interior spaces to company standards
  • Sanitize and restock restrooms
  • Interior cleaning including restroom sanitizing and restocking, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and trash removal
  • Ensure consistent janitorial coverage across multiple client locations
  • Operate cleaning equipment, including backpack vacuums, safely and effectively
  • Work both independently and as part of a team to maintain a professional environment
Night Floating Janitor Qualifications
  • 1+ year janitorial, housekeeping, or cleaning experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility to work at multiple locations
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Comfortable using cleaning equipment, including backpack vacuums
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
