  • $20/hr during your first month of paid training, then DOE.($25 per hr cap).

  • Tips + Monthly Performance Bonuses $10 for every client review you help collect $30 for candidate referrals $5 for direct positive client feedback.

What We’re Looking For Experience: 
  • 6+ months of professional cleaning experience (or 1+ year of relevant cleaning experience). 
  • Reliability: Background check required & reliable transportation to local job sites.

Team Mindset: Able to work independently and collaboratively with a positive, customer-first attitude.

Physical Fitness: Comfortable lifting up to 25 lbs, bending, standing, and staying active on your feet.
