Compensation

Base hourly pay starts at $21.00-$26.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus commissions and performance incentives. Most technicians earn $25.00-$40.00+ per hour total compensation, with top performers regularly earning $70,000-$90,000+ annually.

What You'll Do

Perform professional air duct cleaning services using truck-mounted equipment in residential and commercial environments while following structured cleaning and safety procedures. You'll maintain high workmanship standards, operate specialized equipment, educate customers on services performed, and deliver a professional customer experience without high-pressure sales expectations.

What We're Looking For

No prior air duct cleaning experience is required. We provide paid training for motivated individuals who are mechanically inclined and eager to learn. Experience in HVAC, construction, maintenance, warehouse operations, restoration, home services, or other skilled trades is helpful but not required. Candidates should be comfortable using tools, lifting and carrying up to 75 pounds, working in residential and commercial environments, and maintaining a valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
