As a Java Developer in a startup, you'll typically work in a small, agile team where roles can be fluid and collaboration is highly encouraged. Daily responsibilities often extend beyond coding to include brainstorming sessions, code reviews, and quick iteration based on user feedback. The environment is fast-paced, offering opportunities for rapid skill development and taking on new responsibilities as the company grows. This setting is ideal for those who enjoy problem-solving, continuous learning, and making a direct impact on the product and business.
