  • Client is seeking a Quality/Test Engineer to support product quality and customer service initiatives for construction equipment, electronics, software, and systems.
  • The role involves troubleshooting, testing, quality analysis, and collaborating with engineering teams and dealers to resolve product issues and improve customer satisfaction. ### Key Responsibilities * Analyze and troubleshoot electrical, software, and system-level issues.
  • Investigate product quality concerns and support root cause analysis.
  • Review quality metrics, trends, and reliability data.
  • Develop and execute testing procedures and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with dealers, customers, and engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
