Overview

Infiltrator Water Technologies (IWT) is a market leader within the onsite wastewater treatment industry, Infiltrator manufactures a variety of revolutionary products and innovative, environmentally friendly alternatives to traditional stone and pipe leachfield and concrete septic wastewater system components. IWT is a wholly owned subsidiary of Advanced Drainage Systems (ticker: WMS, NYSE).

The majority of our products are produced almost entirely from recycled resins. Infiltrator's recycling operation is among the country's top twenty producers / consumers of recycled resins and among only a few of whom consume 100% of that resin in the finished products produced. Infiltrator operates some of largest molding machines and robotics producing the largest plastic molded parts in the world. IWT has always and continues to compete on innovation; we hold over 200 patents.

Responsibilities

Now Hiring a night shift Maintenance Supervisor for B Shift.  2-2-3 schedule working 7pm - 7am

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all production equipment, facilities, and supporting systems remain safe, reliable, and fully operational.

This workingsupervisor role oversees daily maintenance activities, leads the maintenance technician team.

The position focuses on team management, equipment uptime, preventive maintenance execution, safety compliance, and efficient repair coordination.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure full compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
  • Maintain 100% completion and accuracy of required safety training for maintenance staff (LOTO, Arc Flash, etc.).
  • Promote a culture of safety through leadership, training, and consistent enforcement.

Leadership & Supervision

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise the maintenance team, including scheduling, task assignment, and performance management.
  • Provide hands-on support for troubleshooting and repairs; model a "working supervisor" leadership style.
  • Train and develop maintenance personnel to continually improve skill levels and performance.

Maintenance Operations

  • Oversee daily maintenance activities for all equipment, buildings, and facility systems to maximize uptime.
  • Direct maintenance efforts for both internal teams and external contractors.
  • Assist with installation, startup, modification, and removal of production equipment.
  • Inspect machinery and systems regularly to identify issues and prioritize repairs in coordination with Production Management.

Coordination & Communication

  • Work with engineering, vendors, and service providers to plan and execute repairs or upgrades.
  • Track and manage maintenance work orders and work requests to ensure timely completion.

Inventory

  • Oversee inventory accuracy for spare parts and ensure proper system transactions.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes, reduce downtime, and lower costs.
  • Utilize organizational and criticalthinking skills to implement sustainable improvements and support change initiatives.

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Injection molding experience preferred.

Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3-5 years of experience leading teams in a manufacturing or maintenance environment.

Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.

Solid understanding of safety regulations and best practices.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field preferred.
