• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental and emotional health through interviews and standardized evaluation tools.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Provide ongoing therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused strategies, to facilitate client progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment protocols, and progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health care professionals to ensure a cohesive treatment approach.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss cases, treatment progress, and emerging best practices in mental health care.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training and keeping abreast of the latest research and methodologies in social work.

Our rehabilitation center serves a diverse client demographic, primarily individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, and depression. Clients may include adults and adolescents from various backgrounds, requiring tailored approaches that reflect their unique experiences and mental health challenges. You will play an essential role in building trust and rapport with clients, guiding them on their path to recovery.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active LCSW license in the state of Tennessee.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members.
• A solid foundation in therapeutic practices and a thorough understanding of mental health diagnoses.

While not mandatory, experience working in an outpatient setting or with a mental health rehabilitation center is preferred. Familiarity with solution-focused and cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques will contribute to your success in this role.
