Operate, adjust, start-up, and shut down boiler room equipment including boilers, de-aerators, pumps, water softeners, and reverse osmosis units.
Operate and maintain solvent recovery systems, plant HPA, LPA, and vacuum equipment, and control the chilled water system and cooling towers.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs such as repairing pumps and piping, repacking valves, and replacing seals, and keep equipment logs and generate reports for the EPA.

We're looking for a highly skilled Maintenance Technician with a minimum of four years of training as a boiler/solvent recovery operator to join our Dodge county client’s team. If you have a solid background in industrial maintenance, a knack for operating complex equipment, and a commitment to safety and efficiency, we want to hear from you.

Starting Pay –$25 to $45 based on experience

SEEK was founded in 1971 by Carol Ann Schneider, CPC, SPHR, a Grafton, Wisconsin resident. The name SEEK was derived from a combination of initials in Carol’s family. It was a tradition that names derived in such a way would bring success to that person or business. So, from Carol’s home, SEEK assignment employees were sent to serve the temporary needs of Ozaukee County business people. The business grew and was eventually incorporated in 1975.
