We are Hiring for Lead Consultant - Genesys - IVR position with our Direct Client. Please find the JD below and kindly help me with your availability for the project, you can also refer someone who might be interested.

Role: Lead Consultant - Genesys - IVR

Location: Plano, TX

Duration: Permanent Hire/ Full Time

Job Description:

Preferred

At least 5 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes

At least 4years of experience in Genesys 8.x version for call routing and reporting purposes Skills

Experience on working on Java/Websphere based custom application for IVR

Avaya Experience Portal

NICE call recorder

NICE IEX work force management

At least 2 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment

Analytical and Communication skills

project and talent management

Experience with project management

Qualifications

Qualifications Basic:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

At least 7 years of experience with IT Development
