About the Role

The Nurse Practitioner (NP) position at Pinnacle Fertility is an ideal opportunity for those seeking to be an integral part of a fertility patient’s journey towards becoming a parent. The NP will engage with patients throughout their journey, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide excellent, high-quality care.

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated team at Pinnacle Fertility - Virginia in Arlington, VA. his is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, and an occasional weekend/holiday coverage as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient consultations and assessments, including fertility evaluations and initial workups.
  • Manage fertility treatments such as ovulation induction, intrauterine insemination (IUI), and in vitro fertilization (IVF).
  • Perform diagnostic procedures, including ultrasounds, uterine assessments, and monitoring for fertility treatments.
  • Effectively triage cases, including bleeding OBs, ectopics, and challenging early OB ultrasounds.
  • Educate patients on fertility treatments, procedures, medications, and care plans.
  • Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families throughout their treatment.
  • Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and laboratory staff to ensure continuity of care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education to stay current in reproductive medicine.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

Position Requirements

  • Nurse Practitioner (NP) with an active VA state RN license.
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Active BLS required.
  • Women’s health background preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient counseling skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively triage complex OB cases.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual Salary: $120,000 to $160,000 annually. Final salary offers will be based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
