Job description

Located in the Southwest U.S., this established fertility clinic offers a strong opportunity to acquire or partner with a full service reproductive endocrinology practice with more than 25 years of history in its community. The owner-doctor is interested in exploring all transition options, creating flexibility for an individual physician, regional platform or growing fertility organization.

The practice operates from a 2,800 square foot facility featuring three ultrasound rooms, a surgical suite, consult and recovery space, cryogenic storage, blood and sterile laboratories, and both full service embryology and andrology labs. The real estate is also available for purchase at the time of transition.

The clinic provides a comprehensive range of fertility services, including IVF, IUI, egg donation, ICSI, genetic testing, egg freezing, tubal reversal and reproductive surgery. It completed 425 new patient consultations during the last 12 months and maintains a diversified payer mix of approximately 70% insurance and 30% cash. Despite maintaining a consistently full schedule, the clinic currently conducts no paid advertising, presenting meaningful growth potential through strategic digital marketing and expanded patient outreach.

With collections of approximately $2.145 million and adjusted EBITDA of $405,000, this Southwest U.S. fertility clinic represents a rare opportunity to acquire an established reproductive medicine platform with strong patient demand, significant earnings and clear avenues for continued growth.

Clinic Highlights:

  • 3 ultrasound rooms, 1 surgical suite

  • Collections of $2.146 million

  • EBITDA of $405,000

  • Real estate available

  • 425 new patient consultations LTM
