Clinical Fertility Nurse / IVF Coordinator (RN)

Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Bay Harbor Islands, FL (On-site)
Schedule: 40 hours per week (Occasional weekends required)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Fertility Nurse / IVF Coordinator (RN) to join our outpatient fertility clinic. In this role, you will coordinate patient care throughout their fertility journey, provide education on treatment plans and medications, assist with clinical procedures, and work closely with physicians to deliver exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate IVF and other fertility treatment cycles.

  • Educate patients on fertility medications, injections, and treatment plans.

  • Administer fertility medications as needed.

  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, labs, and procedures.

  • Monitor patient progress and communicate physician recommendations.

  • Assist with fertility-related procedures.

  • Maintain accurate EMR documentation.

  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements

  • Active RN license.

  • Minimum 2 years of fertility/IVF nursing experience required.

  • Experience coordinating IVF cycles.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work occasional weekends as part of the regular schedule.
