About the Role:
Join the Florida Fertility Institute PA as an IVF Coordinator, where you will play a vital role in helping families achieve their dreams of parenthood. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive environment dedicated to patient care and advanced reproductive technology.  A minimum of 3 years experience as a registered nurse is required for this position.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage IVF cycles, ensuring smooth patient experiences.
  • Assist patients with scheduling appointments and follow-up consultations.
  • Provide education and support to patients regarding treatment options and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation throughout the IVF process.
  • Collaborate with physicians and medical staff to optimize patient care.
  • Monitor and order necessary medications and supplies for treatments.
  • Facilitate communication between patients and the medical team.
  • Participate in continuous education and training to stay updated on industry advancements.
Requirements:
  • Registered nurse certification
  • Previous experience in reproductive medicine or IVF coordination preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
