As a Legal Specialist onsite daily at our Park East, Grand Rapids location, your role is essential in ensuring efficient processing of various legal requests, including garnishments, levies, and subpoenas. This role requires a detail-oriented individual capable of managing the complexities of corporate filings and intellectual property registrations, while diligently tracking pending litigation to assist internal stakeholders with timely updates. The Legal Specialist also plays a vital role in adhering to all regulations, bank policies, and training requirements.
