Job description

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced IV Nurse to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide skilled intravenous therapy and infusion care to our members, ensuring safe, effective, and high-quality treatment. If you are detail-oriented, patient-focused, and passionate about delivering excellent care. We’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform IV insertions, manage IV lines, and administer IV medications and fluids per physician orders.
  • Monitor patients for any adverse reactions and respond to emergencies as needed.
  • Educate patients on IV therapy, medication administration, and care protocols.
  • Ensure proper documentation of IV procedures, medications administered, and patient responses in member charts.
  • Coordinate with physicians and care teams to ensure timely updates and treatment adjustments.
  • Maintain and manage IV supplies and equipment.
  • Follow infection control and safety procedures in all aspects of care.
  • Assist with quality assurance activities and process improvements related to infusion services.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all patient and company information.
  • Perform other nursing duties as assigned.

  • Current RN or LPN license in good standing (required).
