This role will drive innovative initiatives, and the ideal candidate will have a track record of building strong relationships with partners and customers, and who has demonstrated success influencing large cross-functional teams. Responsibilities - Drive prioritization efforts for their product area and champion product area throughout organization.

- Partner with PMO, R&D, Data Analytics, Lab ops, and business stakeholders to write crisp and clear product requirements that drive technical specifications and user experience and interface designs. - Write crisp and clear product requirements that drive technical specifications and user experience and interface designs. - Champion products throughout the organization and present updates to senior management.

- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products. - Continually validate products with internal and external customer feedback and against business metrics. - MS or Bachelorโ€™s degree with equivalent years of experience in a relevant field. - Knowledge of Genomics, computational biology or relevant scientific experience. - Strong leadership skills and proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
