WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR MEDICAL ASSISTANT
In this medical assisting role, you are the heartbeat of the clinic-from the moment you triage patients, capture vitals, gather medical history and medications, and understand their reason for visiting, to the moment you run point-of-care tests like COVID, Flu, Strep, Mono, Urinalysis, and pregnancy; you'll prepare rooms and assist with procedures such as laceration repairs, abscess drainages, and IV hydration, while also answering phones and supporting patients and other clinics with clear answers and timely coordination-every action you take helps patients get the right care, quickly, and leaves them feeling confident they've come to the right place.
Shifts vary but always fall within business hours:
  • October-February: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • March-September: 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Rotating Schedule:
• 3- and 4-day work weeks
• Includes every other weekend
The schedule is set far in advance, making it easy to plan life around work. Weekend shifts follow the same posted business hours.
