Infusion Specialist – Registered Nurse / Paramedic:

Your role is to make them feel safe, comfortable, educated, cared for, and genuinely pampered from the moment they sit down.

We are looking for Registered Nurses and Paramedics who are clinically confident, personable, upbeat, and excited about health and wellness. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities may be available. Compensation includes competitive hourly pay + tips, with additional details discussed during the interview process.

What You'll Do:

As an Infusion Specialist, you'll combine excellent clinical care with the hospitality and personal attention our clients expect from a premium wellness spa.

• Perform IV placement for nutrient hydration therapy
• Administer IM injections in accordance with established protocols
• Obtain and document vital signs and relevant client information
• Learn our IV therapies, vitamins, nutrients, injections, and wellness services
• Educate clients about available services within your scope and our established clinical protocols
• Monitor clients throughout treatment and help ensure a safe, relaxing, comfortable experience from start to finish
• Provide attentive, one-on-one care and anticipate client comfort needs
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Follow all safety procedures, standing orders, and protocols established by our Medical Director and management team
• Communicate closely with fellow Infusion Specialists, Client Coordinators, and management to keep the spa running smoothly
• Help maintain a clean, organized, welcoming treatment environment
• Contribute to the warm, upbeat, team-oriented culture that makes clients want to come back

Clinical skill matters—but personality, professionalism, and the way you care for people matter just as much.

Our ideal Infusion Specialist:

• Holds a current and unrestricted Colorado RN license or applicable paramedic certification/licensure
• Is comfortable and confident with IV placement
• Has previous nursing, EMS, infusion, emergency, urgent care, hospital, or other relevant clinical experience
• Enjoys talking with clients and building genuine relationships
• Has excellent communication and client-education skills
• Is warm, approachable, professional, and attentive
• Has strong clinical judgment, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Is comfortable learning new treatments, technology, and clinical software
• Works well both independently and as part of a close-knit team
• Can balance clinical responsibilities with exceptional customer service
• Understands that the little details—comfort, conversation, education, and follow-through—can completely change a client's experience
• Brings a positive attitude and wants to contribute to a workplace where people actually enjoy working together
