Job description

Provide skilled nursing care while supporting multiple clinic locations.
We’re seeking an experienced and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with IV Certification to join our team in a full‐time capacity. This role supports patient care across multiple outpatient locations and is ideal for an LVN who flexible, organized, and comfortable adapting to different clinic environments is.

Schedule

  • Full‐Time
  • Monday–Friday
  • Day shifts
  • May float to nearby clinic locations as needed, including:
    • Garfield
    • San Marcos
    • Otay Mesa

What You’ll Do

  • Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or provider
  • Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies per orders
  • Initiate, monitor, and maintain IV lines within scope of practice
  • Perform patient assessments, vital signs, and clinical documentation
  • Assist with procedures and patient flow in an outpatient setting
  • Monitor patient condition and report changes promptly to the care team
  • Educate patients on treatments, medications, and follow‐up care
  • Maintain infection control, safety, and quality‐of‐care standards
  • Float between clinic locations as needed to support staffing and patient care

What We’re Looking For

  • Active LVN license in the state of practice
  • IV Certification required
  • Minimum of 1 year of LVN experience required
  • BLS or CPR certification required
  • Strong IV therapy, medication administration, and clinical skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
  • Flexibility and willingness to float between multiple clinic sites
  • Reliable transportation for travel between locations
  • Team‐oriented, patient‐centered approach to care
