Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Outpatient Cardiology - (IU Health Fort Wayne)

Indiana University Health Medical Group East Regionis actively recruiting aNurse Practitioner or Physician Assistantto join our highly skilled team of physicians and advanced practice providers inFort Wayne, Indiana.

  • Schedule: 40 hours/week; Monday-Friday; 8:00AM-5:00PM
  • No procedures

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be Board Eligible or Board Certified
  • Master’s Degree required
  • AGNP, FNP or PA certification required
  • 2 years of APP experiencepreferred
  • An ideal candidate will have prior experience in Cardiology

Currently, IU Health operates four primary care clinics, two urgent cares, and a radiology center in the Fort Wayne area.
