Key Responsibilities
  • Define and maintain the end-to-end architecture of the eBonding integration platform, including adapter patterns, message routing, and data transformation flows across ITSM systems.
  • Design and implement RESTful and SOAP-based integration contracts for onboarding new ITSM partners and target systems.
  • Lead modernization efforts – evaluating event‑driven architectures, streaming patterns, and API gateway strategies.
  • Leverage GitHub Copilot and AI‑assisted tooling to accelerate design, code generation, and integration flow prototyping.
  • Apply AI acumen to build intelligent mapping engines, automated data transformation designs, and predictive integration monitoring.
  • Architect cloud‑native deployments on Cloud Foundry/PCF, including service scaling, resilience, and environment promotion strategies.
  • Mentor engineering teams on microservices best practices, integration patterns, and secure coding standards.
  • Collaborate with product, operations, and partner teams to translate business requirements into technical integration designs.
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years in integration architecture or enterprise middleware, with hands‑on ITSM integration experience (ServiceNow, Salesforce, BMC Remedy, Zendesk, FreshService, or equivalent).
  • Strong proficiency in Java 17, Spring Boot 3.x, Spring Integration, Spring Batch, and Spring Security (OAuth2/JWT).
  • Experience building and deploying microservices on Cloud Foundry/PCF with Concourse CI pipelines.
  • Working knowledge of Angular front‑end development and full‑stack debugging.
  • Proficiency with both REST and SOAP/WSDL integration patterns.
  • Hands‑on experience with SQL Server, JPA/Hibernate, and database design.
  • Familiarity with AI‑assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, AI code review, prompt engineering for design artifacts).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with event‑driven/streaming architectures (Kafka, Spring Cloud Stream).
  • Familiarity with SonarQube quality gates and secure SDLC practices.
  • Background in ELK stack observability (Logstash, Logback, Actuator metrics).
  • Understanding of Apache CXF, Apache POI, and XML/JSON transformation libraries.
  • TOGAF, cloud‑native, or integration certification (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.) is a plus.
