  • Experience with Agile (specifically SCRUM methodology).
  • Experience/familiarity in development on a cloud platform technology bringing the freedom of development, guidance of best practices and constraints of the platform together to produce products and services in support of organizational operations.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in technology, Marketing, Business, or a related field; 2 years additional relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 5+ years professional experience with at least 3 years in business systems analysis.
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to interact at all levels.
  • Experience with analyzing, designing, refining, and implementing Service Now or a similar ITSM tool.
