The Splunk ITSI Lead SME will be responsible for designing, configuring, and governing IT Service Intelligence (ITSI) to support service-centric monitoring, health scoring, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Splunk ITSI administration and configuration
  • Design and implement service models, entities, and dependencies
  • Define KPI frameworks, thresholds, and aggregation strategies
  • Configure health scores, service analyzers, and correlation searches
  • Optimize ITSI performance and scalability
