Job description

Job Duties:

  • Student who performs a variety of duties to support the daily operations of the Procurement Division, as well as the entire agency.
  • Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, data entry and photocopying.
  • Help with the maintenance and cleanliness of all agency vehicles.
  • Ensure copiers are fully stocked with paper and necessary supplies and properly maintained for daily use.
  • Assist with the upkeep of the conference rooms and the restocking of supplies.
  • Ensure that supplies such as water, coffee, napkins, sugar, creamer, and other essentials are regularly replenished in all breakrooms (requires heavy lifting on a day to day bases).
  • Make out-of-office trips for tasks such as mail delivery, vehicle refueling, employee transport, and other related duties.
  • Update files and records as needed.
  • Assist with special projects, research, and data entry.
  • Assist with all divisions as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all state and agency policies and procedures.


Work Experience

  • Currently enrolled full-time in an accredited college or university.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
  • Ability to perform data entry and maintain accurate records with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and follow established rules.
