Snelling Staffing is hiring for multiple administrative assistant opening across the BATON ROUGE, DENHAM SPRINGS, AND CENTRAL AREAS!! Our companies are looking for candidates with excellent attention to detail, strong data entry skills, and a confidence in their communication skills. This will be a long-term, full-time positions paying in the range of $18 to $20 per hour depending on previous experience.
General Overview:
  • Answer and direct phone calls while providing excellent customer service
  • Provide in person support to staff and customers
  • Manage customer records and contacts
  • Data entry for new and existing customers
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment and multi-task
  • Maintain a positive, professional attitude while working with different personalities
Preferred Skills:
  • 4-year degree is greatly preferred but is not mandatory
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous Data Entry experience is preferred!
